ANDERSON – Cross Country Home Services Inc. officially opened its new, 36,000-square-foot customer care facility in Anderson with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday.

Cross Country Home Services provides home warranties, home service plans and homeowner emergency assistance plans. The company’s new facility, which will eventually staff 350, is located in an existing space in the Windsor Place Shopping Center and cost $3 million to renovate.

Already, the Florida-based company has hired 70 employees in the Anderson community, and the company hopes to increase that number to 100 by the end of the year.

Their decision to locate in Anderson County is another sign that our state’s business-friendly climate is working to attract investment that will positively impact the state and local economy with new jobs.
