MYRTLE BEACH -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Thursday approved Hard Rock Park's proposal to auction itself off to the highest bidder. The park, which called itself the world's first rock 'n' roll theme park when it opened in April, ended its ride in September when it closed and filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
